The Anderson Tech Business Association (AnderTech) is the gateway to the high-tech industry for UCLA Anderson School of Management MBA students. The mission of AnderTech is to help our members launch the tech careers of their dreams in product marketing, product management, entrepreneurship, strategic planning, consulting, operations, human capital, and business development. We do this by providing a forum for students to explore career options and an accommodating environment for companies recruiting MBA students.

UCLA Anderson is one of the top business schools for the Tech industry as evidenced by our strong and growing placement rates within the Tech industry and caliber of Tech companies who recruit Anderson students. Anderson students are well known among leading Tech companies as having a vision for "Shared Success" and conveying a collaborative spirit; attributes Tech companies strive for in its employees. AnderTech provides the tools and resources that enable Anderson students to land their ideal roles in the Tech industry.

Day-on-the-Job Tech Treks enable students to visit company offices and get a firsthand experience on what it is like to work at some of the most reputable tech companies today. In addition, the annual Career Night event is held during the fall quarter (early December) to connect students with technology company representatives through series of informal round table discussions.  AnderTech also hosts top technology industry leaders on campus for Speaker Series, with presenters from C-Suite visionaries at large tech companies as well as start-up founders.

Easton Technology Management Center

The Anderson Tech Business Association works closely with the Easton Technology Management Center on organizing events and providing students with resources to prepare them for a career in the technology industry.

Through innovative courses, creative workshops, high-profile events and immersion in the most vital areas of high-tech business culture, Easton prepares the next generation to drive change in technology. By exploring verticals such as high-tech, financial services, health care, education, entertainment/media, retail and defense, students are prepared to work anywhere from startups to large global corporations.
